From Berlin Schönefeld to the city

Berlin Schönefeld Airport is the secondary international airport of Berlin.It is located 18 km southeast of Berlin near the town of Schönefeld.Airport is well connected with city and you should not have any problems getting there.
The airport can be reached via the nearby motorway A113 which itself is connected to motorways A100 which leads to Berlin city center and A10 which circles around Berlin and connects further to all directions.

By S bahn

S-bahn is urban raillway system that connects wider area of Berlin with city centre.S-Bahn trains run every 10 minutes and serve Berlin city centre (S9) and the southern ring line (S45) to Südkreuz.You can find your tickets here.

 By Airport Express

The Airport Express (RE 7 / RB 14) runs twice every hour from Berlin city centre to Schönefeld Airport. The journey time from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main station) is only 30 minutes. A further regional train service (RB 22) provides an hourly connection between Brandenburg’s state capital Potsdam and Schönefeld Airport.

U-bahn is uderground metro system.If you want to take it you will first need to take a express bus to Rudow station with X7 line.Than you can hop on U7 line.Bus on this line stops in front of Terminal A.Ticket prices can be fond here.

Please make sure you only use clearly marked taxis parked at the designated ranks.Also do not allow taxi drivers to approach you in the terminal.
Standard fares apply to all Berlin taxi drivers. In addition to distance-based fares, the following surcharges may apply:
  • €1.50 for a single journey from Schönefeld Airport
  • €1.50 per person in maxi cabs seating five or more
  • €1 for bulky items of luggage
  • €1.50 for non-cash payments, e.g. by EC or credit card
